Dolly Parton Does it on Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram and Tinder

Spread the love

Dolly Parton has understood the hearts and minds of her audience since she made her debut on the stage of the Grand Ole Opry in Nashville, Tennessee in the 60’s- now she is doing it on Social Media.

In the first month of 2020, this Boomer is tripping the light fantastic down the information superhighway with the 4 versions of our best self  ‘LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Tinder’ meme – you know the one that is also called the #dollypartonchallenge

According to CNN,  “Ms. Parton was the very first to take part in what some have dubbed the “social challenge,” a four-photo mosaic of potential profile photos for social media sites LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and Tinder.”

On January 21, the 74-year-old debuted her collage, saying “Get you a woman who can do it all,” she wrote, a phrase that’s already become a familiar internet proverb.

Four Square Grid

The post was a collage of sorts divided into a four-square grid showing who she would choose to share with the world on LinkedIn (sharp suiting prospective employers!) Facebook (a Christmas sweater for the relatives!) Instagram (a strong sense of personal style for all the internet pals!) and finally Tinder (a costume for potential flames!)

Let’s look at a few others like Mark Ruffalo

Kerry Washington and Janet Jackson
